Parker, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and the Honda staff for looking at our Honda Odyseey last week on September 20th. My wife and I arrived with a noisy car and was not sure if the problem was a muffler or not. The staff arranged for an inspection promptly as we explained, we were on vacation and heading for home. It revealed the flex pipe had been broken but, nothing could be done that day.
Either you or one of the staff mentioned taking us to 5 Gears Auto Care and were kind enough to have your courtesy car driver take us to the auto care facility. He remained with us and did not leave until we had secured overnight accommodation at a local hotel. He was very helpful and explained how to exit the city the next day.
We are very appreciative of the great staff who willingly assisted us. You all are a credit to the Honda organization!
