We have never felt so special in any of our past vehicle purchases from any other dealer. Usually it's "here's your keys goodbye"! (And then the after purchase service with those other places was typically a struggle; if you had a question or a concern, no one ever seemed available, always too busy.) But from our experience with Sutherland Honda, and from the great reviews of others who have dealt with Sutherland, we have every confidence that our after-purchase care will be just as positive. The pleasant person who directs my call, the excellence of the Service Advisors, the thorough, knowledgeable staff who do the service on my car, the people who ensure the parts are available for the appointment (e. g. even irregularly required airbag recall service), the attention to facilitating my prompt use of the Shuttle Service and the consistent attention given by those who maintain the coffee/newspaper/magazines/TV in a bright, welcoming waiting area; all have contributed to the years of comprehensive, excellent service I have received.
I had an awesome experience this morning when I came in because of a loose mudflap. Mackenzie helped me out and quickly diagnosed that I had a screw and two clips missing and that is why my flap was coming off. She ensured I did not leave until it was put back together correctly and was on tightly as to not come off for me in the future. What a great employee and person you have in Mackenzie working there for you at Sutherland. Awesome customer service and experience! Thank you!

I travelled from Dartmouth NS to purchase at Sutherland Honda because of the confidence I had in Jeff Irvine. The first time I met Jeff was during the Christmas holidays when I dropped by the dealership just as they were closing. Jeff's demeanour made me feel as welcome as if it were mid-day. Had it not been for Jeff's outstanding professional service I would have purchased at the Honda dealership less than 2 Kms from my house. While I'm sure Sutherland Honda could provide exceptional service in the future, I only purchased from Sutherland because of Jeff Irvine. After my first visit I referred my brother to Jeff who also bought a new CR-V on the same day as me. Well done Jeff!
Everything was very easy and efficient. I am very busy and don't have a lot of extra time so having everything done for me and being able to rely on Andrew and Brendon was wonderful. They made my life easy and I drove out with my new car a very satisfied customer. This is the 5th Honda I have owned and guessing there will be a few more in my future.

Parker, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and the Honda staff for looking at our Honda Odyseey last week on September 20th. My wife and I arrived with a noisy car and was not sure if the problem was a muffler or not. The staff arranged for an inspection promptly as we explained, we were on vacation and heading for home. It revealed the flex pipe had been broken but, nothing could be done that day.
Either you or one of the staff mentioned taking us to 5 Gears Auto Care and were kind enough to have your courtesy car driver take us to the auto care facility. He remained with us and did not leave until we had secured overnight accommodation at a local hotel. He was very helpful and explained how to exit the city the next day.
We are very appreciative of the great staff who willingly assisted us. You all are a credit to the Honda organization!
